Scouting locations to shoot at in Houston or Galveston, TEXAS [19 Sep 2006|10:34am]

bryancrump
Wanted to get input and see what all people would reccomend shooting pics at around houston or Galveston or someplace within reasonable driving. I want to find places for landscape, places for architecture and just cool places overall. Finding some old burned out stuff woudl even be cool. or interesting areas.

Also if anyone knows of a bike shop or auto place that need pictures to promote their work. I am looking for props for my models. Being as I am fairly new to houston, I would really appreciate feedback.

Sincerely,
Bryan C.

"a unique blend of indie electronic pop with an almost obscure touch of hip hop drum-machine beats overlayed with eerie keyboard & piano melodies. bark bark bark is technical but lofi in its presentation of cheap distorted vocals and minimalist production."

Any reason why the Texans' website remains in-accesible? It's not working ...

Here's an excerpt from 'http://www.dnsstuff.com':

It's predictible - They wasted a 24-3 lead at halftime to lose this OT game 34-27 (I think) ;(

I have 2 PSLs....field level.

That's MY MONEY they're wasting out on that field.

I'm getting REALLY TIRED of seeing them go into the locker room at half time and coming out ready for a nap...

We need to FIRE CAPERS AND CASSERLY...

From today's Chronicle: "Palmer, the first assistant to be fired by Dom Capers in four seasons, has been blamed for everything this year except Hurricane Rita."

Texans fire Chris Palmer

I think this is a move in the right direction and possibly long overdue.

P.S. Don't forget--spread the word! Tell your buddies! The more people, the more likely we get to do this again!

Know what? I'm proud of the Boys. In my heart of hearts, I didn't expect them to beat Indy, but I had a gut feeling they were gonna give 'em Hell and make damn sure Manning didn't break Marino's record in Our House. Yeah, they could've played better. Hell, they could've won, but that's been part and parcel of this season. I think it's going to take another year or two before the Texans can play a complete solid game.

I'm in for the long haul. I hope ya'll are too!

We deserved today's loss to the Jets. After a pretty solid first half, the Texans - again - collapsed in the second. When are we ever just going to play a solid game throughout?

Hey everyone this is way off topic but it is very important to me! On October 26th my aunt's boyfriend left her a suicide note. In the note it told her to call the cops and it said where they would find his body so she called the cops and they searched for him for 2 days. They never found him. My aunt was torn up about it but had finally started to go on with her life. Well on Nov.30th (tuesday) a man was clearing some land and he found his body! My aunt has lost it! She has not stopped crying for 2 days! Ok the point of me telling yall this is cause a radio station here in Houston is doing a contest to where they will give away a gift certificate for 1,500 dollars to a person nominated. I was wondering if yall dont mind would yall go to the website and nominate my aunt. I would really appriciate it! I will show yall what I wrote and if yall want yall can just copy and past what I wrote.

I am nominating Donna McRae she is a single mom raising a 15 yr old girl and a 21 yr old boy. She is such a hard worker but because of depression and such she has been with out a good paying job for about 3 years. She finally got a good job and a great boyfriend and then on October 26th her world took a turn for the worse, her boyfriend wrote a suicide note and left it at their work. The cops searched for him for 2 days and could never find him. Donna had finally come to grips with the fact that he just ran off to be with someone else, well on November 30th a man was clearing some land and found her boyfriends body! My aunt is devistated! She has gone back into a depression and I think that for yall to give her this it would prove that people care! She really deserves this! Please please please award my aunt with this gift certificate! It would mean so much to our family!!

That is what I wrote the website is www.sunny99.com thanks so much in advance!!

Man, that was a close one, but our Boys sure did step up in the second half! Defense and Offense! That was a good game to watch, even the shaky first half. Dominick Davis was ON FIRE! It's nice to see him power-running like last year. I don't think he'll get his predicted 2,000 yards, but there's always 2005.

My favorite play was Antwan Peek forcing the fumble on Steve McNair, which Kailee Wong so ably fell upon.

The commentators mentioned that the Titans look like they'd given up after McCree's interception, and that's why Davis had that straight-shop run for the last game TD. BS, in my book, but... Opinions?
